Variations Since this lighting is handmade there are slight variations in each piece. Because ceramic glazes are like any paint or dye in that every batch will vary if color match is critical to you, please, order all of the pieces at the same time. We are not responsible for color match unless you order all of the pieces at the same time. (Usually unless it has been a year or more the variations may be slight). |

Refund Policy: We will replace any order which we do not do correctly. Since we are a custom lighting company we do not offer refunds on special orders and choice of correct color or design is the customers responsibility. ANY order restocked will be charged a 40% restocking fee and all shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will be happy to give a quote on the shipping charge. |
